Whittaker is the latest addition to TSSI’s growing team of personal identity security specialists, and will support its strategy for growth in the police force. The appointment reflects the increased demand for fail-safe personal identity products within the public sector.
Whittaker will be responsible for taking to market TSSI’s identity verification solutions Validate, for the authentication of passports and ID documents as well as Imprivata’s OneSign(R), which enables simple and secure access to networks, desktops and applications. Both strong authentication products will ensure that police officials and public sector organisations are safeguarded against fraud and from unauthorised users gaining access to networks which contain confidential public information.
Delivering technology-based solutions
James has extensive experience of delivering technology solutions to UK police forces as well as driving business growth for big name technology and consumer brands. He previously held senior roles at Reveal Media, where he delivered digital media solutions to police departments. Prior to that, Whittaker held senior roles at Britvic and Camelot.
