The deal, made with Upperpoint’s equity partner PPM Ventures Ltd, enables the company to combine world class operations with a strong backing in the rapidly growing network and industrial video markets. VIS is based in Princes Risborough and distributes CCTV and specialist video products to the installation, video network and industrial vision markets.
