Video entry kits ‘designed for installers’

Included is a same-day service for pre-engraved name plates, allowing installers to finish the job more quickly, and hinged panels which make them easier to install.

The colour and mono monitors with built in intercoms, lock release buttons and self lighting, are suitable for residential and commercial applications.

Included is a new slim-line, hands-free colour monitor, “a compact alternative to bulky video handsets traditionally used with door entry systems”. It has a l5.5 inch TFT screen that gives a picture of every visitor with a resolution of 960 x 284 pixels.

Vandal-resistant name plate panels are in sizes 136x250mm to 273x405mm and the company provides a “unique” same day service for pre-engraved name plates for configurations of up to ten buttons, enabling installers to meet tight deadlines.

“This express service has been developed to meet the demands of installers that have previously had to wait up to three weeks with other suppliers,” says SRS.

Vandal resistant kits are constructed of rustproof BS316 marine grade stainless steel throughout, including the back box and purpose-designed speaker baffle plate.

Panels are hinged, which makes them easier to install and eliminates damage to wiring when carrying out routine maintenance.

Kits include built-in 12V AC/DC supply for lock release and adjustable lock release timer that enables visitors to be admitted with a single quick key press.
