Wilson James wins Cardinal Health (UK) security contract
In line with its policy across all client sites, the multi-award winning service provider is moving the Cardinal Health (UK) contract to a Working Time Directive-compliant shift pattern, introducing a new rostering system and providing strong ongoing operational management support.
This change will bring not only an enhanced level of service to the contract, but also offer each of the individual security officers involved a significantly improved work-life balance.
Key highlights of the new contract include:
– restructuring of the security team, including the introduction of the role of senior officer in a supervisory capacity
– the introduction of new patrolling technology to provide increased levels of data capture
– weekly Health and Safety and site maintenance briefings to the client
– the introduction of night management visits so that all security officers receive regular management support
– providing security management services and consultancy in certain areas (including technology) and innovative new ways of working
Locations covered by the contract
Locations covered by the contract include sites in Romford, Brentwood and Basingstoke.
