Equipped with advanced alarm handling capabilities, this advanced CMS software will help optimize the efficiency at Zicom’s CMS station by facilitating multiple signals from same sites to be automatically grouped, and expedite service processes by ensuring that reports are shared with end-users systematically through e-mail, fax and SMS alerts.
The enhanced site management features offered by this software platform include four different valid choices — Open Early, Open Late, Close Early, Close Late that can be modified with programmable tolerances also providing for the issuing of open/close reports in special cases as well as for specific events. This unique system also enables varying access levels to be defined and assigned at sites.
This truly exceptional software also helps create highly effective communication channels where reports of all inputs and outputs that are automatically logged by the system as well as regular system health reports can be shared with customers via SMS.
The software also allows customers to log in and access their accounts from remote locations besides enabling them to monitor whether the security system at a given premises was armed during closing, via the internet or a mobile phone. This unique system is also devised to auto-prompt on event remarks such as reminders if a customer has delayed the closing, by sending auto reminders to both operator and customer.
